OVERVIEW

Imrooz, established in 1949, is one of the oldest business houses in Pakistan. Over the course of more than six decades, Imrooz has expanded from a small family-owned business in the Eastern region of Pakistan to encompass a diverse range of businesses, including trading of industrial raw materials, representation of overseas companies, consumer product distribution, music, and broadcast monitoring, and media intelligence.

Despite its growth, Imrooz remains a family-owned business, guided by a business constitution that outlines the family's beliefs and ethics and governs all of its business operations. This constitution has been recognized as an efficient governing document for family-owned operations and has been used as a case study in various institutions.

Imrooz attributes its success to its commitment to the welfare of its people, strong work ethics, and dedication to its business ventures. These beliefs serve as the foundation for all of its endeavors.
